Through Litestream Academy, Cassandra is helping young people build careers in fundraising, venture capital and dealmaking.
The philanthropically funded programme combines education with practical industry experience, helping emerging talent develop the skills, networks and experience to build successful careers and businesses.

Girls at Risk & Women’s Safety
Cassandra ran Girls at Risk technology workshops helping vulnerable young women develop digital skills and app ideas addressing abuse, and later supported the Women’s Safety XPRIZE, championing technology designed to improve women’s safety.
Venturespring Ignite
Cassandra launched Venturespring Ignite to support emerging entrepreneurs through mentoring and acceleration, sponsoring a competition prize for selected founders to travel to Necker Island and meet Richard Branson.
HMP East Sutton Park Women’s Prison
Cassandra created an Entrepreneur in Residence apprenticeship within Venturespring for women approaching the end of prison sentences, providing practical training and helping them move into employment through her corporate network.
Free:Formers
Cassandra co-founded Free:Formers, a 1-for-1 technology education social enterprise teaching young people practical digital skills including coding, app development and building digital products, with youth training provided free.
Entrepreneurs in Residence
Cassandra created an Entrepreneurs in Residence programme within Venturespring, giving young people hands-on experience developing ideas and building new ventures while gaining practical skills in technology and entrepreneurship.
Apps for Good
Cassandra served as a judge for CDI Apps for Good, supporting an education programme teaching young people in schools how to create apps that solve real-world problems.
